Managing Director
Leon Dumont brings broad and versatile expertise to Cape Projects Construction, backed by years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the built environment. His background includes the successful delivery of commercial developments, high-density residential projects, civil engineering works, and even mining-related infrastructure. Leon’s strength lies in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. His strategic approach, technical insight, and commitment to excellence play a central role in CPC’s ability to deliver complex projects with confidence and reliability.
Tristan Momberg
Senior Quantity Surveyor
With over 12 years of experience in the construction and property development industry, Tristan is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise across consultancy, contracting, and residential development environments. His experience includes cost management, procurement, contract administration, feasibility studies, and commercial oversight of residential developments. He also leads multidisciplinary professional teams through the pre-development process, managing planning approvals, environmental authorizations, and development risk. Combining strong commercial acumen with practical construction and development expertise, he plays a key role in delivering successful projects from inception to completion.

Stephan Coetsee is a seasoned construction and development professional with more than 17 years of experience spanning development, construction, project management, and cost control. Holding a degree in Accounting, Stephan brings a unique combination of financial expertise, practical industry knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project. His career has encompassed diverse sectors of the construction industry, from construction chemicals and flooring materials to inspections, developments, and project management. Having successfully delivered numerous construction projects, he has established a proven track record of driving cost efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and maximizing value for clients. His strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes provide clients with confidence in both the affordability of solutions and the long-term return on their investments.
Eben Minnaar
Site Manager - Tribeca & Stonecrest
I am a qualified Construction Manager with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. I began my career as a Finishing Foreman and progressed through increasing levels of responsibility to management positions. My experience includes delivering high-end residential properties, from overseeing finishing works to managing complete construction projects from the ground up. In addition, I have extensive experience in apartment and multi-unit residential developments, with a strong understanding of all phases of the construction process

Berno joined the CPC team in March 2026. He is a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with experience in cost management and the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and residential projects in multiple countries. He is known for his organisational skills, practical problem-solving approach, and ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
